I was able to participate in LDG’s two-day Intentional Leadership Workshop in July of 2024. I do have a graduate degree in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Leadership. The information shared in this two-day workshop not only caused me to examine my thinking but also helped me refine my approach to effectively leading my team. I think the practical application of basic leadership skills was the most profound take away for me. I would highly recommend the content to anyone at any level of Leadership. One of my philosophies is to find the positive side of adversity. You changed my thinking…in a positive way.
