I enjoyed the Leadership 101 session led by Steve. He did a great job drawing the team members out to discuss the modules they completed. The team members discuss different ways to host conversations and connect the dots between accountability and level of care. I think it’s a great course for new managers or team members interested in management. The session reveals common leadership challenges you cannot learn in a tradition classroom setting.
