Dennis was our closing keynote speaker at the SCCUA Collaboration Conference and ended the first day of our conference with a bang! Dennis brings and energy and enthusiasm about his presentation that kept the audience engaged and wanting to hear more. His interactive presentation was personal, informative and challenged our mindset to help us all be better leaders.

The keynote session was very engaging and challenged us as leaders to think about our blind spots and barriers as leaders. During the presentation on Creating Drama Free Teams, one of the key takeaways our audience had was that “whatever you don’t address, you endorse”.
