Dennis came prepared and ready to share his information! He was timely and professional and communicated to the audience in a way that kept their attention and wanting to ask more questions. He engaged the group and had them thinking about how they can redefine the way the manage their staff. Stop solving the problems for them and engage the staff so as they come up with the solution. Very timely information for all Manager’s and Directors.

Dennis engaged the crowd and kept them thinking! He was humorous and direct as to problem solving and the group could see themselves in examples of how Manager’s engaged their staff and what they need to change.
