I’m preparing this week to facilitate a workshop at Restoration Church in Spartanburg, SC. I’ve done hundreds of these learning events across the country and I’m jazzed to be able to host one in my own backyard!
One of the great takeaways from this training is always the unique Passion Process. Many people spend their lives trying to find out what has grabbed them and in just one day we’re able to help people get clarity on their passions and core drivers. Frequently, focus can’t be achieved alone because when you are emotionally attached to the outcomes in your life, your clarity becomes cloudy.
Clarity on passion is vital because you can’t get strategy from something that hasn’t caught you. When your heart decides the destination, your mind will begin to draw the map. Your heart, not your mind, must direct your life.
